Neuron prorates the payment on the last month you use the service. What do we mean by this? Well, you'll only have to pay a proportional amount that corresponds to the days you're subscribed to Neuron and you'll be reimbursed with the amount that corresponds to the days that you have not used the service that month.
For example, if you cancel Neuron on April 15, but you've already been charged 120€ for your monthly rate on the first day of the month, you'll be reimbursed 60€ at the end of the month because you've only used the service for half of the month.
