Yes, of course you can. With Neuron you're able to cancel at any time, so you can take your time to try the platform out without worrying about cancellation fees. Plus, you only pay for the services you use, so we'll only charge you the proportional part of the days you use it. That means that we prorate your last month's payment.
Prorating payment when canceling Neuron
Since Neuron charges payments on the first day of the month, at the end of the month, the corresponding part will be reimbursed directly on your credit card counting from the day you canceled your account to the last day of the month.
So, for example, if you cancel your account on April 15 and your monthly rate is 120€, you'll be reimbursed 60€ at the end of the month because you've only used the service for 15 days, which corresponds to 60€.
Both actions —reimbursement and canceling Neuron— will be carried out automatically, no questions asked.
