In order to add a new user on Neuron, follow this step-by-step process:
1. Go to "Settings" on the side menu in Neuron App.
2. Once you're there, you'll be able to see all the users linked to that account.
3. Above the list of users, there's a button that says "Invite user".
4. Enter the required information:
Enter their email so we can send them an invitation.
Select the default language for the new user.
Assign the roles you want them to have in Neuron. You can assign multiple roles to a user.
5. Once you're done, click on "Save".
6. After doing this, a confirmation message will pop up in Neuron saying that the invitation to complete the new user's registration has been sent.
7. The new user will receive a confirmation email along with a link to access Neuron.
⚠️ We recommend that they check their spam folder in case they can't
find the invitation in their inbox.
