Neuron allows us to easily remove users. To do so, follow this step by step process:
Go to "Settings" in Neuron App’s main menu. Then click on "Users".
2. Once there, you’ll find all existing users on your Neuron account.
3. Click on the three dots on the user and select "Delete".
4. Then, a window will open where Neuron explains the consequences of this action:
This action cannot be undone.
This action permanently cancels the user’s account on the platform.
To re-activate the user, you will have to add a new user.
⚠️ If the user is logged into Neuron and their session is active,
they can still view Neuron until they log out. After logging out,
the user will not be able to access the platform again.
⚠️ If the user is offline, they will not be able to log back into
Neuron.
5. After pressing "Delete", the user will disappear from the section and will lose all permissions.
